Service with a smile!
Both sales people we dealt with (Michelle & Lee) were extremely knowledgeable about the product and were able to advise and answer all our questions.
They were keen to demonstrate all aspects of the suite we were looking at.

Lokked online at several furniture…
Lokked online at several furniture suoppliers but decided it was better to visit a store and look and feel. Glad we did. DFS is a well laid out store with plenty of choices. Amsnd the assistant came to help and provided excellent advice and help. Fully recommned DFS.

Droitwich stars
The staff in Droitwich were both helpful, knowledgeable and supportive when I was shopping in there. They were available to chat about products and freely answered questions but also let me browse at my own pace before choosing the sofas that I wanted. I would definitely recommend the store to others.

From the minute I walked in.....
From the minute I walked in I had fabulous service from staff, who were very knowledgeable. So thankyou to the lady who served me.
Then on to the delivery, spot on service ,were very careful getting it all in, setting it up, testing recliners and taking all rubbish away, super polite, So thankyou to the two friendly gentlemen who arrived.
The over all feeling on my purchased items ( suite) FABULOUS, I LOVE IT, So thankyou DFS.
