Very informative and friendly staff..
Do think the delivery cost is extortionate.

Good customer service

Nice to be able to walk into a showroom like DFS and not be hounded by salespeople, but they were immediately available once we needed them to offer friendly and knowledgeable help and advice. All went very smoothly indeed, looking forward to our new sofas arriving!

We enjoyed a pressure free browse round the excellent Droitwich store and when we finally were ready to talk to someone about our preferred sofa we were helped by the lovely Michelle who was very knowledgeable about the product and was able to recommend some very useful options.
We explained that we were 95% sure of our choice and that we needed to go away and just measure up one more time. Michelle was fine with that and didn't make any attempt to pressure us into a quick sale.
We returned today and met the equally good Lee. We picked up with him where we left off with Michelle. Despite the soaring temperatures he guided us through the sales process with good humour, pointing out options which were clearly beneficial to us.
Overall excellent product excellent staff and very reasonably priced!

The welcome into the store was friendly, relaxed and not pressured. Staff enquired about what we were looking for, a quick chat to explain their options and then left us to browse.
Once we had decided on some options, staff again, with no pressure, offered pros and cons for our options, listened to our thoughts and made suggestions.
We walked out with a quote in an email for us to measure up and decide at home.

A young man called Lee dealt with me. He was very polite and helpful. Lee explained everything to me about the goods I wanted . I would definitely go back if I needed anything in the future.

It was all so easy walked in the store had a look round decided what we wanted, spoke to a member of staff he came and sat down with us and did our order.

The staff at DFS droitwich was polite and personable.Asked us what we were looking for and gave us all the possible options and layouts.
He let us choose at our own pace and explained everything as he went along.

Haven't been to the store for a few years...when we walked in what a change to the store.(Droitwich )
Didn't get hassled as soon as we walked in.
A nice gentlemen came to ask us if we were ok.
The range of sofas ect were right up to date.
We purchased two sofas tried them first of course,Our visit to the store was good will tell all our friends.

I don’t know this man’s name . He was perfect. Dint bother us, just let us browse and enjoy the game experience of looking and finding what we wanted.
