We went onto store to purchase sofas we hsd looked at yesterday, but needed to be certain on the measurements as out home is tiny. Our sales person was extremely patient and helpful. We hsd all the paperwork ready to sign when my husband found another that was cheaper and more suitable. Our sales person didnt bat an eyelid when we asked if we could change. He was really really, polite,patient and extremely helpful. All of the staff who came to help went over and above to ensure we had a good experience.

Great Service. Was left to browse at our leisure until we wanted assistance and went on to completed our purchase. So much better than those other stores where you're pounced on and followed around and subjected to "humour" that's just sad.
