Had a great experience with one of the staff members named Saif. He was great at signposting us to sofas that would work for our space. Overall, we are happy with our experience.

Iqbal was great, he took his time to understand the dimensions of our living room before making any hasty decisions. He was personable and advised us correctly. Thank you for all your assistance

Always on time amazing assembly

The staff serving us were helpful and friendly. My issue is with DFS and why they encourage staff to push so much up sales. Customers are already making an expensive purchase, without also being pushed other things. It makes it an uncomfortable shopping experience and doesn’t encourage me to want to go to places like DFS. I’d much rather go to somewhere like Ikea, where they don’t do this.

One of the staff in DFS name I think so Isabel helping too much, Lovely welcome to us, which furniture we like she well explain all conditions all the furniture settings , etc… We requested delivery on July 1st, she said she trying, We are happy delivered today afternoon. This is our third time of buying Furniture from D.F.S.over the last 40 years, we have always bought from there. And the young lady that served us was really friendly and help full not pushy.
