Easy and helpful purchase
DFS is well laid out and guidance was given as I entered the shop as to which area I required.
The member of staff who assisted me was welcoming, helpful, knowledgable and very friendly. She went above and beyond to complete my order and was very patient when I made changes at the last minute.

3 stars because only one of my sofa were delivered, instead of two. I contacted customer service she then texted someone but wasn't able to get a reply. she told me to wait until 72 hrs for a reply back from them.

Wonderful shopping experience
We came 3 days running and left to view at our leisure.we didn't feel pressured with hard sell. Staff were there when we needed help or advice.
