The sales advisor was very helpful but not pushy. He quickly found out the specific requirements i had, showed me the range that would be suitable then left me to browse before coming over later to see how i was doing. I bought a corner sofa and footstool that will be great for the holiday house i am renovating.

Real trust and confidence and not pushy
Mark was very helpful but also gave me space. As it happened I happily settled with the most expensive chair option, but he did encourage me to consider all others too, which really increased my trust in him a lot.

Previous bad experience hoping for better this time.
We had a very bad experience with DFS a few years ago. We were very worried about having to buy here again but circumstances made it necessary.
So far we have been happy with the instore experience but are yet to receive the sofa we have ordered.
