Excellent experience at DFS – highly recommend Ross! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We recently visited DFS and had a fantastic buying experience, all thanks to our sales assistant, Ross.
Buying furniture can often feel overwhelming, but Ross made the entire process much less daunting. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of our questions with ease. Most importantly, he was not pushy at all, giving us the time and space we needed to make our decision.
He patiently walked us through the whole process step by step and worked hard to ensure we got the best deal possible. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Thank you, Ross!

We had a good visit to dfs at Hanley.
On arrival in the store a member of staff came over to greet us & ask if we needed some help.
We knew what we were looking for & Ross kindly guided us to the range of furniture we had come to look at.
The store was bright & clean & nicely laid out.
I had done my initial search on line.
We would not purchase a sofa without seeing & sitting on it, pleased we found the sofa in the store.
A positive visit.
We purchased the sofa complete with the stain protection & delivery was estimated at 4 - 5 weeks, this suited our time frame perfectly.
Looking forward to receiving our new sofa.

My settee was delivered today, absolutely beautiful. The delivery cost was £130, I was informed by Ross if they couldn't deliver it on a Friday that they would have to take it back to the Liverpool depot?.. my settee was ex-display so this made no sense whatsoever, so I made sure someone was home while I was at work to save the inconvenience of taking my sofa from stoke to Liverpool then back to Stoke (for whatever bizarre reason)... I asked the sales advisor if this would reduce the cost of delivery? He said NO?... also he said i could arrange my own arrangements for delivery but I would not get finance?? All of this seems bizarre and makes no sense. When the settee was delivered the question about the settee being taken to Liverpool was asked, as why would they do this?? The delivery driver's had never heard of such nonsense,so this makes me suspect none of this was true to start with? Other than this... my sofa is beautiful,so even though it cost me £130 from festival park to Hanley 2 miles up the road , I love my settee. However I do think the DFS salesman was getting his bonus in somewhere along the line!

When entering the store i already had an idea of the item I wanted to purchase ..which was a sofa..

The lovely lady who served me was named Lindsey..very friendly..knowledgeable and explained all purchase options in detail..

Fantastic service. Very happy that we were introduced by a member of staff as we entered the store and offered assistance but as we were in looking to just mooch and try out the chairs for ourselves we politely dealing assistance at that point. We were happy we didn't feel pressurised & followed around the store as previously experienced in a different shop (not a DFS) After trying lots of armchairs we settled on one that suited my friends needs and then sought assistance to purchase it. Katie helped us with the purchase and ran through the optional extras and advised us on estimated delivery time. It was a friendly, thorough and efficient process.so thank you.

Ross was very helpful, friendly and professional when purchasing our sofa

We were greeted at the door by Ross with a nice lovely warm welcome. We explained we were just looking around doing a bit of window shopping, Ross was more than happy and let us meander around until we found one we liked.
He was very friendly and knowledgeable helped us every step of the way.

The show room was very well kept and displays the stock to an excellent level.

We were able to find what we wanted at a good price and delivery within our expected time frame.
