Haverfordwest branch. Absolutely fantastic service. Our sales representative was Adam. Fantastic knowledge of all merchandise but wasn’t pushy at all. Had just left a different store (not DFS) due to intimidating salesman. He made us feel comfortable, not rushed and had such a polite and friendly manner. Great guy and made our purchase memorable.

Pink sofa 😍
Went in to store knowing what sofa we wanted to have a look at. Steve took us to the sofa, got us both a cuppa and talked us through the options. There was no pushy sales tactics or anything like that, just a genuinely nice guy selling us a sofa🥰 would go back if I ever want another sofa 🙌 can't wait for my new pink sofa to arrive 🥰🙌

Cerri the member of staff we saw was friendly, helpful and professional. Having explained to her what we were looking for she quickly pointed out several choices. She then gave us ample time to look at these and was then available to help us in the closing aspects of our purchase.

Great service from start to finish.Really friendly, clean and tidy store.
Patient while we went through different options and reviewed differen sofa set up. Hope went through in detail all the after care to ensure we get maxium out of our sofa's by ensuring we care for them properly and care options available and the 3 year service
