Dfs had a great choice of suites and coffee tables. The staff member we dealt with was very helpful, friendly and efficient. The only negative was the seven week wait for our purchase.

Bought a sofa last night!
Dropped into DFS after checking the sofas online. It was great being able to test out the sofa we wanted in-store and see a bunch of other options too. We were greeted by Linda when we walked in who offered us coffee and let us really take our time trying out all the sofas. She guided us through the purchase process and didn't pressure us into anything. We made an order for the sofa we had targeted online (Orka) and decided to go with the 0% payment plan. All of this was handled without any issues by Linda and we're really looking forward to getting our new sofa

I bought a sofa. But I was not told about the delivery fees upfront. When I finalised and paid advance they informed me about delivery fees. This could have been better for me if they would have let me know of the delivery fees upfront.
