Quite honestly the worst product sold…
Quite honestly the worst product sold to me with the worst level of customer service I have ever experienced. After a year of complaints and repairs we have had our sofa collected but still no refund. Be warned, there is better service and products out there.

Fantastic customer service from Cody at your Bristol Longwell Green store. Visited on 2 separate occasions. He was very helpful, asked us lots of questions to ensure we purchased the right sofa. Helped us measure to see if the sofa we were set on would fit our new build. He was very patient and all in all, delivered a high level of customer service. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Best thing was not being pounced upon…
Best thing was not being pounced upon the moment we entered the store. We were left alone to look around and only ask questions when we were ready. When asked the staff member was helpful, polite and not at all pushy. If only all shopping trips were this hassle free!

Great service, friendly staff and 4 years interest free credit!
We knew what sofa my mum wanted but we were helped by the staff that they had an ex-display model for the sofa which was in pristine condition, they then found two recliner chairs in a warehouse which matched saving us over £600.00 plus we could get the delivery sooner than 11 weeks. We ordered a new footstool to complete the set. No hard sell on any of the extras, we took the ones we wanted. The 4 years interest credit makes this so affordable and we were in and out within the hour so it was a faultless experience for us. The reason for DFS is I had bought my Sofa from them 3 years previous and had received exactly the same service!
