We went to our local branch
We went to our local branch, and we were helped by Joe. He was very knowledgable and was able to answer all our queries. Very friendly. They didn’t have the sofa we wanted in store, but he talked us through everything and we were happy to go ahead. Looking forward to delivery day.

I would like to say how happy I was…
I would like to say how happy I was when I walked into your store I was welcome in to a lady called Linda and she was very helpful to me when I was looking for a sofa and she explained everything for the one I was interested in and I purchased in store and she was very friendly to me and my daughter I couldn’t speak highly of her and I will certainly recommend my friends and family to that store

The salesman Victor was able to answer all our questions and made logical suggestions based on our requirements.
Explained all the terms and conditions in layman's language.

Great Experience
I had a pretty good idea what I was looking for and was left alone, as I requested, to browse and try the furniture.
Once I had made my choice, I went back to the sales assistant, Lynne, who was very helpful. She made me feel comfortable, took my order without any pressure and answered my questions.
