We were served by Henna when we visited the store today. She was very accommodating, attentive and informative. Well, what can I say! Fahima was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so patient and calm, really taking the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for. She helped me navigate leather samples and measurements with total ease, guiding me through the process step-by-step with zero pressure and plenty of knowledge. Outstanding service so far - now the excited wait for my sofa to arrive begins!

I was looked after very well
I was looked after very well why I was looking around the store. Fahima was so very helpful. She was very knowledgeable about all the products I enquired about. When I decided on my purchase she sat with me and explained all about it. Also I must mention the assistant manager that made me and my friend a delicious hot chocolate. You don’t get that in many stores.
Just one negative thing that nearly made me not buy from you was the price of your delivery which I think is far to much. Other stores that I have purchased from in the past has never charged anywhere near that amount. I hope that I am going to be happy with my purchase. Thank you to Fahima
