A Truly wonderful experience at DFS
I would like to share my very positive opinion about DFS and especially about Shanece, who assisted me during my visit. My shopping experience was truly excellent and exceeded my expectations.
Shanece was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and provided great advice, helping me choose the best option. Her approach was both knowledgeable and genuinely warm, which made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of as a customer.
The store itself also made a great impression on me – it is well-organized, with a wide and attractive selection. The entire purchasing process was smooth and hassle-free.
I would highly recommend DFS, and especially Shanece, to anyone who values outstanding customer service. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Good service, didn't feel pressured. We were left to just view the sofas and were only asked once if we wanted help (which was perfect for us). Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.
