​The in-store experience was excellent. The staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional. They explained everything clearly, including the finance options, without putting any pressure on me. The showroom was well-organized, making it very easy to choose the right quality furniture.

Had the recliner for around 3 months the cable at the back got trapped where it was fixed from factory i have been back and forth with dfs but there still convinced it's not a manufacturer or retailer issue even tho the cable is fixed there from factory it has exposed the cable and is now a fire hazard but they still refuse to give me a refund even tho it's a design flaw and under warranty having only owned for around 3 month the customer service is diabolical and would not recommend at all stick to small ran shops that actually care about there customers

Earl was our assistant, he was friendly and knowledgable. My husband and I purchased a sofa today, with the professional guidance of Earl. We were not rushed or pressured which is crucial when thinking of a purchase. Perhaps Earl could be cloned and work in all furniture stores. A pleasant Tuesday afternoon, two happy customers.

Ellie was fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. She knew a lot about the products and made the process efficient and memorable. She provided great customer service.

His knowledge and the way he presented the product made it easy for us to understand and gave us the confidence to make our purchase. We knew what sofa we wanted without walking around,as we had looked at it many times before. We were left to look and then a lovely man came over after about 5 minutes,There was no pushy selling, we did say we weren't ready for it until November, and was told we could still order with a November delivery( which was brilliant) so we ordered straight away, Dennis made us feel very welcomed. He did not try to sell us anything that we didn't want. He made us coffee and made us feel important. He had knowledge regarding what he was selling us and didn't sound like a robot, he was natural.A very nice buying experience
