Earl was a fantastic salesman-very knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt any pressure to purchase products. He really helped us to find the right furniture for us and our new home.

Nice place just to look round. Bright and spacious. No one to bother you unless you need assistance. Very helpful to give you information and to deal with your purchase. Earl that dealt with us was very helpful and patient with us.

I initially left a positive review based on my interactions with Earl from the sales team and the confidence and commitment he gave us regarding the delivery of the products we purchased

Unfortunately, the delivery date has now been changed several times. This has significantly disrupted our plans, and we have also had to waste days waiting for deliveries that were supposed to arrive but did not.

At this point, I am extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled. It does not feel like DFS is committed to delivering our products within the agreed timeframe. We have already raised complaints, but unfortunately, there has been little to no follow-up or meaningful resolution.

Could someone from DFS please take ownership of this issue, look into what is causing these repeated delays, and help expedite the delivery of our products? We would appreciate a clear and reliable update on when we can actually expect our order to arrive.

I hope this can be resolved urgently, as the continued delays and lack of communication have been extremely frustrating.

Before submitting this review, I have spoken to customer care but couldnt help much.

Earl was patient and down to earth - exactly what you need when you’re rushing to buy for an empty house!

He was welcoming, we had a lovely chat and managed to get all of our things sorted within 20 minutes.
