The lady I forgot her name but think she is a manager, was brilliant and explained everything it was a un stressful experience and my friend and I who came with me because I suffer from anxiety thought she was brilliant, very very happy can't wait to have my sofa delivered 😊

We walked round the store found what we wanted spoke to Lauren Frances she was very helpful answered all our questions and we purchased it

Everybody was very friendly, approached multiple times to see if we had any questions, and staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was positive.

Damien was an absolute ray of sunshine and made the purchase so easy by being so thorough, informative and friendly, without being pushy. He explained everything so simply and took the time to show us things with demonstrations rather than just talking about it. A fabulous experience. Thanks Damian :)

Julian was a credit to the company. He took the info we gave him and gave us realistic choices. Helped us through the whole process without being too pushy.

A special mention to Lauren from the Poole store who was a great help to us in choosing a new sofa. Every one of the staff we saw on the day was very pleasant and there were no pushy sales tactics, which made the whole experience a comfortable and positive one. I would certainly recommend the Poole DFS store.

We were allowed to look around without being pounced on straight away. Once we found what we liked, Francis then came over to us & started talking to us about the product. She was extremely friendly & polite & easy to talk to & gave us plenty of useful information about the product, explaining everything that we needed to know. She looked after us very well with a complimentary coffee & didn’t hurry us at all with our decision. Francis is a friendly pleasant sales lady who gave us plenty of information about the product & promoted the business in a positive manner & we would happily recommend DFS to others.

Spoke to a guy called danial very nice went in to buy a mattress talked us through them all and what are needs are very polite not at all pushy explained everything from buy to finance to delivery was interested on a sofa and chair talked us through all the details will be going back for that in near future very happy with todays purchase and purchases in the near future 😀😀😀

We entered the store and met by a friendly person who asked what our needs were which we explained and we were then left to browse the products we required. Our purchase was hassle free, everything was explained about our purchase and now await our delivery.

Great help and advice

We were looking for a sofa bed after looking online. In store, Jules (Julian) was very friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to see and try the sofa bed as a bed. Great service.
