I had a very relaxing experience at DFS in Reading on Sunday. Received a warm welcome but wasn't pestered by anyone. The staff were lovely and were there for me when I made my choice. Got really great advice and left very happy indeed. In fact, I saw the exact sofa I was looking for the minute I entered the store. I can't fault the service in any way and I'm counting down the 5 week lead time until I get my delivery. Thank you for looking after me.

We visited DFS in Reading on Friday late afternoon. It was peaceful - and a friendly young man approached us to offer his help. My husband was looking for a specific chair and DFS had three all slightly different. There was no pressure to buy, no pressure to opt for the most expensive one but only consistent pleasant help and information. We secured the one we wanted and a smooth transaction process followed. Excellent service.
