Shiv was very friendly, patient and enabled us to work through our questions so we could make our final decision on which sofas to buy. We did not feel rushed or given any hard sell, just given time. Great customer service.

I had a very relaxing experience at DFS in Reading on Sunday. Received a warm welcome but wasn't pestered by anyone. The staff were lovely and were there for me when I made my choice. Got really great advice and left very happy indeed. In fact, I saw the exact sofa I was looking for the minute I entered the store. I can't fault the service in any way and I'm counting down the 5 week lead time until I get my delivery. Thank you for looking after me.
