Walked into store and was made welcome
Walked into store and was made welcome. I was pointed to the area of the store that I needed.
I called the salesman for help and advice. Within hour I had purchased the product I needed and walked out the store with all the information I needed and looking forward to sitting on my new sofa

All in all great experience the staff was very friendly, not pushy or judgemental like în some other stores we previously went in, was even offered a drink while we completed our purchases

Won't be using dfs again the Rotherham…
Won't be using dfs again the Rotherham store just want to get the sale . We delayed our delivery until 1st of july as we would be on holiday and the staff in the store said that would be fine but while on holiday we get an email saying it will be delivered on 24th june and all we get is its not a storage facility . The Rotherham store staff shouldn't have agreed to the delay then . Updated..store tried to ring because they got the international ringtone they hung up and thats the point of the complaint because we are away and if its delivered there will be no body in the house

Very happy with the customer service
Wasn’t expecting such good service from a high street shop but got a great deal, went in with a budget and got what I needed. I think the staff member was called Mia or something similar, she was lovely and extremely helpful.
