Right sofa, right price, great customer service
Went in for one sofa and ended up buying a different one after trying several. Chloe was great and very patient with us, lovely to deal with and gave us some good tips.
Bought from here before and never had an issue, hopefully we will have the same experience once we get our new sofa.

Florian (sales advisor, Sheffield) was extremely helpful and informative. Good range of sofas with fair prices. The option to have 4 years interest free was brilliant as we don’t have a spare £3k lying around

Can’t just browse in peace.
I ordered my suite online as when I went to the store, the staff don’t leave you alone. So I had to choose by online pics and measurements and the nifty AI tool.
I ended up cancelling my order due to financial issues that came up but the guy from head office called me and it was cancelled fine.

The Lovely lady Kirsty was brilliant, guiding me through the purchase.
My only grumble is directed at DFS .. and it’s very important. I was told under no circumstances are fabric samples available, pre or post purchase. Fundamentally this approach is totally wrong and does not encourage a customer to purchase. Customers have likely spent many hours in planning their decor, paint samples, carpet and flooring samples, all are readily available from other outlets. Why do DFS not recognise this as a key element in their sales and marketing strategy ?
Samples should always be available !

It took a while for us to finally pick out a sofa we both agreed on and was happy with, as it can be quite stressful picking out the right one, but it was a pleasure being served by her, she made it very pleasant for us a service worth a great review.
