Great Customer Service!!
I spoke to Mo, who was very informative and had excellent knowledge of all the sofas without needing to look anything up. Mo showed me several options that suited my needs and gave me time to look around without any pressure, he was professional and polite. As a result, I ended up purchasing both a sofa and a bed.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with DFS.
Before purchasing my £2,000+ San Mateo sofa in Resilience fabric, I explained that I had a dog and wanted the most durable fabric available. Based on that conversation, this was the fabric recommended to me.
Within days of delivery, minimal contact from my dog left visible scratches. I never expected the sofa to be pet-proof, but I did expect a premium sofa, recommended as one of DFS’s most durable fabrics, to withstand normal family life far better than this.
I raised my concerns immediately, but despite going through the full complaints process, DFS rejected my complaint and issued a final response, stating the marks were caused by my dog.
My disappointment is not just with the product but with the customer service. I tried to reach a fair resolution, including accepting a substantial partial refund, but no compromise was offered.
I will now be pursuing my complaint through Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Based on my experience, I would advise anyone with pets to carefully consider whether this fabric is suitable for their home before purchasing.
