Very disappointed with my experience with DFS regarding the EOS side table.
My brand-new EOS side table was delivered on 27 June. Shortly after delivery, I noticed visible marks on the surface that appear to be fingerprint-like impressions. I tried cleaning them, but they did not disappear.
I reported the issue immediately on the day of delivery and provided photographs. After several emails and follow-ups, DFS have advised that they do not consider these marks to be fingerprints and believe they are part of the natural variation of the faux travertine finish.
However, as a customer receiving a brand-new item, these marks do not look like an intentional design feature to me and I am disappointed that my concern has not been properly resolved.
The communication process has also been frustrating, with multiple emails exchanged over around 10 days without a satisfactory solution.
I hope DFS will reconsider the issue and provide a fair resolution. I am not able to post a picture here, I am not sure why. I will definitely post the picture of imprinted fingerprints on the table which DFS is clearly denying and saying its natural. I would appreciate an inspection being arranged at least so that the table can be reviewed in person if they don't believe its fingerprints which is also very very clearly visible on the picture it self.
I have seen bad customer services review and now I experienced why.
I had previously given dfs 5/5 when I first visited the store due to the service I got in store which now I regret. So, please please be careful before buying any furniture here. Just saving your precious time and money!!!!!

We were able to walk round without being bothered by anyone. We were told that if we needed any help they would be happy to. We left the shop after trying many chairs and looked in other shops. We came back to buy the one I wanted and the staff member that served us couldn't have been more helpful, explaining everything we needed to know. A very pleasant shopping experience.
