My wife Gloria and I have just placed an order for the Kian two seater sofa,in midnight blue fabric, at your Hedge End store. Fisa (I am so sorry if I've spelt it wrong!) was most helpful. She set up Gloria's choice of fabric colours to tone in with our lounge decor on your room decor image programme and gave excellent advice and demonstration of your easy glide feet fixtures. As well as explaining the benefits of the fabric stain protection and spot cleaning package. All of which we have added to the order.

Josh was very helpful and courteous throughout the process, explained everything in simple terms

Josh was 10/10 today very helpful explained everything needed to know. He was very patient with us while we juggled our child while he was explaining the ins and outs too us. Above all just a very nice polite guy

We were greeted warmly, and allowed to browse without the feeling of being followed (which has happened in other establishments). When we made enquiries on articles the staff were friendly and polite. The member of staff, Sumehra Aqsar, was professional, and non pushy.

The only negative, was the technical difficulties incurred by Sumehra, who suffered constant connection drop outs whilst completing our order. Credit to her, she persevered and remained professional throughout. So please pass on our sincere thanks to her.

Started off with a free coffee and Sat on the sofa’s we had chosen and the sales person explained all the details and wasn’t pushy and didn’t pressurize us for the sale.

Staff were very friendly and approachable, had great product knowledge, offered extremely helpful advice without any pushy sales techniques

Kerry was so helpful pointing us in the right direction to find our perfect sofa today! Nice to see such a happy face walking about, made us feel so comfortable and welcome in the store 10/10 service she was brilliant! So lovely and friendly.

I was served by a nice lady called sumerch on Friday and went back and placed my order on Saturday with Josh .
Both were helpful and polite .Josh got me a coffee and then he patiently went through everything. Being deaf and 82 this was so kind and helpful for me.

I went back to DFS due to a previous positive experience and good quality furniture and after an initial hiccup with communication about offers/deals, the service I received in store today was excellent and redeemed any issues.

The lady who served me was chatty and friendly and ensured that I was happy with what I was purchasing before I did so, which restored my faith in their customer service and ensured I will return in the future.

The sales assistant was very helpful and very knowledgeable and the showroom was well laid out.
