Being Ignored by Senior Staff and Paying for a Service they are not providing
We brought a sofa a year and half ago, and took out the guarantee. We needed to use this to fix an issue, 6 months later we still haven’t got anywhere. Customer service representatives are always polite but unhelpful because they cannot pass us any senior persons contact details. All we get told is they will get them to call us but they never do, we are calling them weekly at this point and just get told the same thing.
Paying for a service that we are unable to use and have a broken sofa but no one can do anything other than say someone will call you, yet 6 months later still no call.

Excellent service. We were given lots of time to make our decision. Our salesperson was polite and very informative . He took his time listened to our needs and helped us make good choices.
