Wish I had never ordered from DFS. Takes so long and you can’t cancel as they charge a penalty.

My sofa is due in June but they are charging a penalty if I cancel now. Reason provided is that the “production” has started. If production has started now then why is the delivery in June (we are in mid April right now). Cars get built and delivered sooner

I will never recommend DFS to anyone. Really wish I had not gone to the store and fallen for the sales tactics

I visited the Tottenham Court Road DFS store this morning and was very impressed by the way in which my purchase was dealt with. There was no pressure to buy anything extra or unnecessary and I value this very much. During the transaction, everything was explained and double checked. The salesman was polite and courteous and at no time did I feel rushed. I would definitely recommend this store to others as my experience was very positive.

We had a great experience at your where we purchased the sofa from a young woman who was very pleasant and helpful on Sunday 20th.

The staff member in the shop was very helpful and patient with us. It took us some time to make our final decision but she was friendly and very approachable at all the time. She gave us lots of information and advice regarding the items we wanted to purchase. She was very professional whilst answering our questions

Very happy with my recent experience at DFS Tottenham Court Road. We were greeted by a nice lady called Aliona who took the details of what I was looking for and then showed us around the options available.
Having selected a possible option she took time to explain to us all the different options and the pricing. We decided to have a think about it and agreed to go back later - which we did. During the final sale conversation she was never pushy or aggressive and her approach was warm and friendly but still very professional throughout.
