What a magical experience
What a magical experience! I went into the store initially just for research. However, I fell in love with a really squigy super soft sofa. The gentleman who served me was amazingly helpful, not pushy and I ended up buying a fab L shaped sofa. Thank you for being so patient!

Overall I had an extremely good experience. Jason was very helpful and patient as i repeatedly changed my mind re the type and colour of the sofa and recliner chair I was looking to purchase. In fact I still haven't completely made up my mind re the colour so was given 7 days grace before the order is processed

We went to the shop in Tottenham Court Road London and we bought a sofa. We were assisted by Murat and he was very kind with us, gave us a lot of information and recommended the best sofa based on our needs and preferences. If it wasn't for him we would probably have not bought a sofa at DFS.
