We recently ordered a sofa and had a great experience in the showroom. Troy was excellent friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all our questions, and made choosing the right sofa easy and enjoyable. We never felt pressured and appreciated his professional and approachable manner. Great experience in DFS Waterlooville discussing sofa options with Kieran. Although I'd already chosen the sofa I wanted, he wanted to make sure I was completely happy with the choice and meanwhile took me through finance options after I expressed an interest. In the end I came in three times and ordered the sofa on my final visit when Kieran wasn't there, but he was a massive help in getting me to the point of purchase. Sales as it should be done.

I recieved what was supposed to be my brand new sofa and footstool , NOT IMPRESSED ALL CAME UNCOVERED AND IT WAS CREAM COLOURED FURNITURE.
I PULLED UP LID ON THE FOOTSTOOL IT WAS BROKEN!!! then why was it sent out like this, it was supposed to be brand new.
i just tried phoning my local store it took over 20mins or there abouts to answer got through to central Dept and spoke to Alison very helpful and made complaint Case no. 11376211 as no Compensation has been offered as i only had replaced footstool box was delivered a few weeks ago which gave me some concern as where to to store until a guy came about two weeks ago i believe to put it together and take away the old damaged part of this footstool. BUT NO OFFER OF COMPENSATION FROM ANYONE, NOT GOOD ENOUGH IF YOU WANT CUSTOMERS !! THIS WAS TIME CONSUMING FOR ME HAVING TO CHASE ALL OF IT AND VERY INCONVENIENT AS IVE BEEN UNWELL .

Everything was as expected

Kieran was very helpful patient and clear.
I was nervous about making a decision and he gave me time, space and support in making my choice. I wasn't pressured in to a purchase and was given the freedom to go away and decide if I wanted to. He make it easy.

Always go to dfs, no salesman pressure,quick and easy sale , staff very helpfull, would not think about buying anywhere else.
