From the minute we arrived Mo was exceptional, every sofa we’ve bought in the last 20 years has been through him, he’s appeared in many sofa retailers that we’ve bought from through the years, once again he’s excelled, no pressure selling just honest recommendations that’s greatly appreciated, and the Manager of the Watford branch is a true gentleman, again no pressure from him either, could not recommend this team highly enough!!!!!!!!!!!

Edmund (aka Delboy) – without a shadow of a doubt, this was the easiest purchase we’ve ever made! But that’s not even the main point. What really stood out was his approach – just a genuinely nice, happy guy who was more than willing to help.
Sales isn’t always easy, but Edmund made the whole experience feel less transactional and far more conversational and personal. A top guy – I’d happily deal with him again and again.
In fact, all the staff we’ve come across at DFS Watford have been superb!
To the management at DFS – you’ve got a real “good egg” in Edmund. Make sure you look after him… and remember, not all heroes wear capes! 😉
We’re really looking forward to the delivery of our new sofa very soon!

The atmosphere in the store was…
The atmosphere in the store was peaceful and we felt comfortable taking our time sitting and trying various couches, the staff didn’t encroach on us but did let us know that they were there if we needed help. I would highly recommend the Watford store.

A very nice helpful assistant who…
A very nice helpful assistant who helped us decide on our two armchairs.
I.think his name was Mo.
We appreciated being able to look round when we first got there and were not disturbed. Only when we had decided on our purchase Mo offered help.
He explained about the insurance etc
and was very helpful all the way through.
