Staff asked if they could assist when we arrived then showed us to the right area. We were left to browse at our leisure but made aware to ask questions or assistance if needed.
Georgie was very helpful once we decided what sofa bed we liked. Showed us how bed pulled out went through swatches with us. Once purchased was decided she went through every step carefully with full explanation. Georgie made the sale a very enjoyable experience

The person dealing with my request was extremely helpful, knowledgeable in the products and was attentive to my requirements.

The lady I dealt with was lovely, I was looking with my mum and 6 year old who was full of life. I was looking for a sofa I’d seen online and it wasn’t in the showroom, I was shown similar which was helpful with making a decision.

We came out to window shop, to try out sofas and gauge an idea of what we needed, wanted and required. We initially were online shopping but felt in person was a much better approach. After questionable conversations with a couple of rivals to DFS we were fortunate to meet an amazing gentle man at DFS (Broadstairs) who was professional, friendly and informative. He completely cleared any questions we had and was never pushy, demanding or inpatient. Because of this service we took the sofa and currently are awaiting it's delivery. Credit must go to this member of staffs customer service and amazing personality.
