Thank you so much for supplying my printer ink via Amazon so quickly. I really appreciate your efficiency.

Very poor service, no communication and goods never received. Refund given only after PayPal intervention.

Purchased a laptop.
Transaction was refunded next day with no explanation.
Tried to contact about this as needed the laptop but email keeps bouncing back saying unable to deliver address not found
Phone number doesnt work either

Only rated 1 star as I couldn't give them less. Placed an order for ink cartridges on 13/12/20.Order never received, multiple emails to this outfit NOTHING BACK... AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE COVID-19 VIRUS. Shocking con artists is my only conclusion based on my experience. AVOID!!!!!!!!

I placed an order 7 days ago and after many attempts to contact them about my order it has still not been shipped and I have still received no reply, today I get an email asking to rate them on trust pilot so here it is, I recommend you buy elsewhere!!!
How can you review something they have not sent yet.

Do not use this company! They took payment for a printer cartridge that was never sent and I have had no communication from them to resolve the issue. This has been the worst experience I have had with online shopping!

Ordered my son a toy not received it so sent a message still not had a reply

Have not received my purchase as of 6th June 2020

Never received our item of a laptop waiting for a refund which still haven't got sent numerous emails but never get any response

No item delivered after 10 days from purchase - no reply to email - no phone response - even at 55p/m 0843 Number!!

The reason that their Customer service is appalling! Is because they are a dissolved company now and should be investigated. I have been totally ignored by this company for requesting a copy invoice. They even ignore Amazon's repeated requests to send me my copy invoice which I am entitled to under UK Law.

They are birsmirching the good name of Amazon with their illegal activities and poor customer service.

Placed an order on October 31st 2019 and the money was taken out of my account. I was expecting delivery within 3-5 days.
Despite two further messages sent I am still unsure if or when I will receive my goods.
Very poor customer service and very worrying.
Would not recommend.

Ordered Bullguard Internet Security license key which was over £40.00 cheaper than buying it directly.
Order acknowledged immediately.
However as it was Bank Holiday weekend the order took longer to process than advertised.
I tried to ring them several times, but to no avail.
I then e- mailed them and they answered the next working day with the code and an apology.
Unfortunately the code was written wrongly. However after another e- mail which was answered almost immediately giving the correct code it worked. So despite a few teething problems I would use again because of the excellent saving.

Fantastic, great product and at an excellent price. Delivery was within hours so very pleased.
Update: seems I was sold a single license despite being advertised as 3 users. Code only worked once.

Placed three orders, all cancelled. No reply or communication at from them. Total waste of time.

Tried to order printer cartridges via DGGadget website a week ago but it froze whilst trying to process my payment. Tried to contact customer service to resolve but still waiting for a response!

need to improve there phone lines and live chat no able to get through to anybody.

Totally unacceptable. Non existent customer service.
After receiving my order and money on 20/11 D Gadget automatically, by Email, confirmed the order. Despite Terms and Conditions stating despatch of goods would be within 3-5 days. I never heard from them again. This was despite the following attempts to contact them.
3 emails to them requesting update.
1 message to their Facebook page
3 phone calls where I was left on hold for a total of 90 minutes without D Gadget ever answering at all, whilst claiming that the call was important to them! in their recorded message. At the end of each unsuccessful call, I did as their automated message suggested and left 3 messages for them to contact me. All 3 were left unanswered.
Being left on hold by D gadget for so long has cost me over £40 in phone charges. I will be writing to D Gadget direct to request a refund.
It is now Dec 11, 3 weeks after I placed the order. Still no contact whatever from them. Shameful!
Eventually, I have had to contact my Credit Card company for them to impose a refund for the £379.98.
In over 10 years of buying items online, this the worst level of service that I have come across. No one answering emails, No one answering the phone for an HOUR AND A HALF. No one answering the 3 phone messages left.
The one message that nowneeds to get through to people is ... DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
If anyone at DGadget who reads this, has any pride or sense of duty please contact me,for the first time, to explain why I received such appalling service.
