Absolute scam. They actually forged my signature... unbelievable.
Then added an extra 61 euros to my bills compared to what I was paying with the previous provider. The customer rep I spoke to actually tried to justify the forged signature.

If you did agree to a new contract, immediately cancel the agreement and report the company for fraud.

A complete scam. Why have they not been shut down?
I cannot believe this company is allowed to operate. After calling my flatmate numerous times with various pitches they tried a new approach, which is simply an all out scam. They told her they were calling from our current provider and needed her details to switch us to a business discount tariff. Unfortunately she fell for it and signed. Once we received cancellation notice from our actual provider we called at least 4 times to cancel, and were told numerous lies, until eventually the cancelled with a bill of 250 Euros! We are now looking for the right parties to take this up with legally. In the meantime I am sharing this in the hopes nobody else falls for their criminal activity.

I have been call called by a "Service…
I have been call called by a "Service Vergelijk", claiming that I am already their customer and that they provide me with transfer to the best energy provider on the market... I am not aware of being in contract with them, did not recognise their name or logo and double checked with my current energy provider, who confirmed that this is just "cold calling" and I would even say scam, since they misinformed me that I am already their customer for many years. Well, they offered me new contract with DGB, so I assume this is all linked. Scammers...

On the sales call I was told that the monthly prices would be about 55 Euros for electricity and 40 Euros Gas according to my consumption. I get a proposal with those numbers, I approve, than I get the first invoice and Gas is 124 Euros - Useless support designed to make you give up... Now they say according to the "detailed" analysis of my consumption Gas should be 124 Euros - Also on top of that I found out that they debited my account twice on the first month :):)
