Extremely inconvenient system

Extremely inconvenient system. Those pack stations..WHY WOULD I POSSIBLY WANT TO HAVE AN APP ON MY PHONE JUST TO OPEN A DOOR? If I wasnt home, you could have easily left it in front of my door or give it to my neighbours or deliver it the next day like all the other companies do! Now i have to go through all the trouble just because of your bad service. Not mentioning that each package arrives late. Every time.

Racist

They are such a racist company, I had two packages that they were both shipped international from Hamburg to Milan and they lost it for over 6 months.
Every time we called the customer service refused to speak English or even try to understand the problem.If we said any word wrong in German they would tell us to call again or directly hang the phone.
My packet had expensive stuff in it and we wrote a letter.Till today we didn’t any answer from them.
I give 1 star because there is no 0.

I stayed on-site and monitored the live tracking to avoid missing the driver.

No one arrived. No ringing, no call.
Still marked as “pickup unsuccessful”.

This is not a one-time issue — it has happened repeatedly.

As a result, I now have to deliver the parcel myself to meet deadlines.

This level of service is simply not acceptable.

Very bad experience my package was sent…

Very bad experience my package was sent on the 13th of april and last update on the website was at the 16th of april at Lahr in Germany. it has goods worth 4 k euro , and no help and even thier answers to open an investigation is useless and the website doesn't work properly 😢 really bad experience and completely frustrating im thinking opening a case at the court thats not how should things works

if u could give 0 stars i would, this is the worst delivery company to ever exist!!!!!
Every time I order something, the delivery driver shows up but never actually delivers my package. They don’t ring the doorbell, just leave, and then I get an email saying I wasn’t home. This has happened multiple times – completely unacceptable.

Package stuck in Radefeld (04158) for 9 days

My package has been at the Radefeld-04158 facility since Monday, April 20th. There is no update for 9 days.

The delivery is very late. Can you please check the status of my package and tell me why it is not moving?

The company procedures are fine until…

The company procedures are fine until you have a problem. Their standard answers dont help and costumer service representatives are not usefull at all. Found myself talking with 5 diferent people in 20 minutes each one of them told me that they will transfer the call and at the end their final answer was to send an email with my complain.

Good

Ordered from a seller from Poland, was fully prepared for the usual nightmare - package tuck somewhere for a week with zero updates. Instead got actual tracking, real locations, real times. Arrived day three, driver texted before showing up, box was fine. Had to reschedule once, took maybe 90 sec in the app.

Three more orders since then, all the same. Don't have much else to say, it just works.

My delivery from Germany to Denmark was travelling between Neumünster and Hamburg 14 days back and forth 4 times, then finally Danish PostNord overtook the package on the border and I got it home within 1 day. Guys, you need to fix a lot in your processes. Give you 2 stars, not 1 only because you not lost it during your roundtrips...

DHL 2.5 days waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered

Dear DHL this is the third day when I wait my package... On 10th of April I got an email that they will arrive on that day until night NO ONE came, no phone calls. Yesterday I got the same notification, no one came, no phone call. I had to call you and got a promise that your delivery guy would call me this morning, haven't got a call again and no package.... I called your customer service again and asked about that AGAIN and the guy on the phone said that you have a "premium service". I am sorry but if you think this is a "premium service" than I do not know how to call the other delivery companies who can provide their package when it is settled by their companies.... The MINIMUM would be some compensation for these especially that i got stuck home for 2.5 days to wait for a package whole I am busy....

Worst service in the history of services ever

They have a special talent. Since I live on the first floor and work from home, they dump ALL the neighbourhood's packages at my door. My orders, however, they manage to always leave somewhere else, lose, make them disappear, send them back. I have never had a good experience with them, interacting with them is at best an inconvenience and at worst a nightmare. They should just admit they like stealing stuff and be done with that.
