What a total sh#it company!! Scam.

Not over exaggerated, they did not deliver my parcel for the fifth time!!! What a joke.

I've been home during the so called "estimate delivery time" which is 4 hours!! And still they got the nerve to tell me I was not at home...

Sell your company DHL, you won't be able to fix all these problems. Give up and go learn to do something good.

Worst delivery company in the Netherlands. They have the "Less I can do, less I'll do" policy. I was waiting 2 packages and without even receive them, they sent them back to the sender. Now the shops I bought to will lose money, I am unsatisfied and I don't think I'll buy again since I didn't received my purchases.
Also in the past they claimed multiple times they tried to deliver while I was home, but they never rang the bell. They didn't even leave the ticket of attempted delivery.
The client assistance is useless.

I was given an hour slot to expect delivery but this was subsequently changed during that period but in the end nothing arrived. Messages on the website showed 'customer refused delivery (pack of lies) and item not delivered damaged' There was also a photo of where it was supposed to have been refused but it wasn't my house or anywhere nearby. The supplier of the goods couldn't get a response from DHL so they resent the order. Unfortunately they used the same courier but this time it did arrive on time.

DHL don’t deliver my parcel to my address always went to pick up points and one of my parcel returned where it’s came from what’s wrong with DHL. Don’t say god damn corona. Just ring my doorbell and hand over it why we should go to pick up point why you guys returned parcel by yourself. DHL make me crazy .

It happens to us a lot, not that we are in a remote area, just near Rotterdam Netherlands. Several time we received attemped delivery failed and they where never at our door!!! Complaint to DHL because they can see if the driver was at our adress. Never answered on our complaints. Its bad for their kpi, so DHL very bad service !

The best magic show in town, see your very own package disappear to miles away where you must collect it to believe it! If you're lucky you will also experience the invisible delivery man who "delivers" your package, you can't see him even if you're staring out the window all day. It only costs €73 per box to see this show!!

Poor service.I was the whole morning awake and attend on the Online tracker And also for the bell, especially during the given delivery time. This is not the first time that this has happened. I did not even heard the bell ring. I went and refreshed the page and saw “ missed delivery” while there was not a single door bell ring.
Not acceptable. I prefer next time to just sent it directly to the nearest service point. Therefor I can receive it sooner.

If I could rate lower I would. I waited for the package to be delivered in the time slot. Never came. Spent hours trying to contact customer support and was unable to get in touch. Now it has been sent back to the sender with not attempt to deliver or contact me. Never use this service.

DHL tracker system says I’ve signed for my parcel - no I haven’t! DHL say not to take any notice of the tracker - it says that for everything - and that my parcel has been left safe somewhere but they don’t know where and can’t get their depot to answer the phone so problem has been escalated and depot will ring me immediately. How long is immediately cos they haven’t rung? Chance of ever seeing the parcel which contains a very large, very nice bottle of wine - let me think ........ zero!

I would select zero stars if that’s possible. I expect a very important package,i had a long wait for it but not get it on the right time with dhl.AGAIN
Then tried to make a complaint (again and again after each time using dhl) they just tried to said simply sorry and said there’s nothing we can do more for you... and hangout the phones on me.
This is what they’re telling after everytime making mistakes and how they treat they’re customers...dhl is worst thing that you can start with..please stop using it!!! Share this with your friends

DHL-parcels. Clowns.......stay away......send your parcel with another company.

You cannot phone them, You cannot mail them.

I never got my Smartphone that I ordered and was send with DHL-parcels.

So I phoned them....3 weeks, every day, they put you on waiting..till you are death. So I mailed them...waited 2 weeks..no answor.
Then after another week they answored, they could not track the parcel.
And then suddenly they wrote in track and trace...it was delivered, after 6 weeks. But it was not. It was lost.

Two days I have been in my place waiting for a package, they never appeared. They lie at the web app that they tried to deliver and I was not there. I tried to contact them three times, I never got a response. Totally inconvenient and disrespectful to their customers! I will not choose them again for sure.

I send all the time 10 kg boxes from Holland to Italy
It takes 7-9 days, you have to bring it to a service point in Holland and
delivery is at home in Italy.

from italy to Holland is around € 65
