Very Bad Response

I have booked a package for Srinagar in September for 4 night and 5 days for 5 Adults and also made the advance payment. However due to natural disaster situation in the Srinagar in the month of September flight ticket got cancelled and from the same day i am chasing them for the refund. Not getting any satisfactory response from any member of the company. Every time i am getting fake commitment from them that you will get the same in next 2 days, 3 days, in one week and still i am chasing them. However now they are not reverting on mails and also not responding on mails...
Very poor service is got from them. I thanks to God that my trip got cancelled otherwise if i face any challenge during my trip then i think they will do the same way as they are doing now..
