Delivery dates are way out
Delivery dates are way out. I ordered a piece on the 2nd November for pre Xmas delivery. Got a message to say, delivery would now be January 2026. I absolutely love their furniture but waiting two/three months is excessive. Last time I bought a couch, I waited 6 months. What a pity. I hope they sort these big problem

Firstly, we are so very sorry it’s taken so long to get this resolved for you. We note that your sofa did arrive back in July but unfortunately was ordered in 1 part and wouldn’t fit in your house. This was reordered straight away for you and the lead time advised for this was December. This is still on track, it will be into us next week and our team have updated you on this. We will prioritise your delivery as soon as it arrives to get this to you as quickly as possible.

Keith helped us with the purchase of a dining table and chairs today for our new house and made it very easy to go through with it. Organised a delivery date that suits us. Giving us a lend of some chairs while we await the ones we purchased to come into stock in January so we'll be able sit down for Christmas dinner. Great service and we're very happy with the purchase.

Disappointing post sales service
I had a good initial experience purchasing the Daytona Bedframe—delivery was on time and the sales process was smooth. Unfortunately, the post-sales support has been disappointing.
The bedframe we received does not match the quality of the one displayed in-store. We raised concerns and were promised a technician visit to inspect the product. Despite multiple follow-ups, no one has come or contacted us further.
It’s frustrating to feel ignored after being assured of support. I hope the company improves its after-sales service and honors its commitments to customers.
You need to sign a waiver if you want your goods to be delivered inside your home,
This waiver exempts diamond furniture from any liability for any damage done to property during delivery or installation. No other company made me sign such a waiver except this one. This policy should be communicated transparently at the time of booking the furniture and not when the delivery van is outside your home with the furniture.
