Special thank you to Nicola in Customer Service for going above and beyond to get us sorted with a new bed. We had ongoing issues with a bed we bought 3 years ago. Unfortunately it was out of warranty, but we were offered a considerable discount on a new bed with all the assembly, delivery and removal included. She made communication really quick, and professional. I’d like to thank Nicola for understanding our situation and actioning fast, so we would have a bed as soon as possible. She is a credit to your team! Also the removal/delivery team were very helpful. Thank you all!

Really disappointed and let down.i bought couches on 30th of October.meeded the. For xmas.sales rep advised they would definitely be in 2 weeks before Christmas
Up to Friday tracker said they would be at the warehouse on December 16th. Now that has come

Mike was terrific! He was very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, patient and did not rush us at all. We really felt that he was interested in earning our loyalty and wanted us to find the best options vs rushing us to close the sale. We would recommend working with Mike unreservedly.

Martin and Jack did a top class job delivering my sideboard. I’d completely underestimated the size of it and they brought it up 3 flights of stairs to my apartment. Can’t thank them or recommend their service enough. Thanks Lads🙌

Excellent experience and what impressed me more was the after sale service.

We had bought our couch 2 years ago and we’re very pleased with the service throughout. From the beginning right to the point of delivery we were kept in the loop and constantly informed.

Approx 2 years on we had noticed the couch had slightly dipped in one corner. Within a week of contacting the sales manager we had a visit from an upholsterer who had us sorted in minutes. The couch is perfect again. I was so impressed with the after sales care.

Very nice sofa and bedroom sets. A lot to choose from. Staff are also very helpful in assisting and giving recommendation to furnitures that will fit our taste

The girls behind the desk were helpful and gave good advise on mattress we chose, from personal experience of having one. Very quick check out all though delivery on some items have a long lead time. Overall very good experience.

I recently visited this beautiful store, and a lovely gentleman named Mike assisted me very patiently and professionally. The store is absolutely stunning, and I cannot wait to have a piece of it in my home!

I ordered a Finley chair today and there was a discrepancy between the web price and the price in the store. When I pointed it out they stood over the lower (Web) price and made the purchase a pleasurable experience.

All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Anita was especially fantastic.She took the time to go over every detail of the furniture we were considering, explaining the pros and cons of each piece. Her guidance made it so much easier for us to decide, and the entire purchase process was smooth and enjoyable!

The experience was amazing, and the shopping area is such a beautiful place. Derbhile was incredibly nice and attentive to all of our queries.
