We have just used Diamond removals to move house, they were fabulous and went above and beyond to help us especially once we got to our new home, would 100% recommend!

We moved the week before Christmas and were provided with an excellent service at a particularly stressful time. Calls to the office were always handled with understanding and efficiency by Sabina and the removal team worked tirelessly and with particular care when packing and moving our possessions.
We would have no hesitations in recommending Diamond, they provide a service that lives up to their company name.

I would highly recommend Diamond removals , we have used Dan and his team on 3 occasions in the past 7 years the most recent being in December 2020.
On each occasion they have been professional courteous and efficient and I would not hesitate in recommending them if you are moving in the near future .

Diamond Removals were absolutely wonderful from first contact through final delivery. No issue was impossible to overcome. Communication with head office, quoting team and packing/removals/delivery teams was excellent. We had a number of issues at the house we were moving to which impacted the original moving plan and the Diamond team managed to work around each issue. At all times, members of the team were friendly, professional and helpful (even though the situation gave them reason to become frustrated - which never happened). We have already recommended Diamond Movers to a few friends.

Diamond Removals have just moved us from Potters Bar to Biggleswade.
Firstly, Diamond Removals are a covid secure company and we felt safe throughout.
Secondly, from our initial enquiry to our actual move, Sabina was always courteous and helpful. She answered all my questions and gave lots of helpful tips for packing the boxes.
Lastly, on the day of our move Dan and his team were on time and worked incredibly quickly and efficiently. They were waiting at our new home for us and managed to unload with incredible speed!.
I would recommend Diamond Removals to anyone looking to move. They definitely took away the stress on moving day and we would definitely use them again if we ever choose to move again.

We moved in Dec 2018....Not only was the quote the cheapest but the service was truly outstanding. Family run business which I think is an advantage. The packers were a great team, helpful, polite and so careful and professional. And they had all the right tools to dismantle beds etc.
Their lorries use a pallet system which made loading and unloading very efficient, particularly when we decided at the last minute to put garden items etc into storage!
Great care was taken to ensure no damage to property including door covers, carpet protectors etc...
Nothing was too much trouble and they took all the stress away.....

What a fantastic company. I’ve used them twice and they have been superb both times. The team work tirelessly but with great humour and care. They have just made my 84 year old mother’s move seamless. I would highly recommend these guys

Excellent Service. Everything was packed very well in my absence, stored for a few months and delivered back at my new home yesterday.
The guys knew their stuff and were helpful and efficient. They took a lot of the stress out of it. Can't recommend enough.

Diamond helped us out massively when we were being messed around by solicitors and couldn't confirm a completion date. Suddenly we had exchanged and were completing 2 days later with no mover booked. Lucky for us, Diamond had a cancellation and they were quick to come to our place, assess the contents and give us a quote.
Service on the day was SO quick and stress-free even when I was still packing up the last few bits and pieces around them. We had a bit of a wait on the new keys but we didn't feel pressured or hurried by the team at all. Everything was moved into the house as quick as it came out and soon enough we were in! The team were keen to make sure everything was in the right places and asked if we wanted anything moved before they left.

We are really appreciative of all the hard work the team did and how stress-free the experience was compared to previous moves. Thank you Diamond!

Bordering on military efficiency, these guys back up a very good service with a professional but friendly approach.
Before actually moving furniture or packed boxes doorways were prepped with coverings and any fragiles (TV's, lamps, mirrors) were thoroughly wrapped and protected.
Whilst maintaining a good pace, the guys did not actually rush and this was reassuring as well.

Great service provided and completed in a very reasonable period of time.

Excellent….I have used Diamond for both our moves over the last 7years and recommended to numerous family and friends who also had a great experience. We c hose the full packing service and the quote was extremely competitive. Dan Diamond’s team have worked with the company for many years and they know exactly what they are doing. Not a single Item was damaged, no scratches or scrapes to any walls. These guys are faultless and they are total experts at Packing and shifting gear. The only firm I would ever use going forward.

Having had the most stressful, on again - off again sale and purchase process ever, the actual move was surprisngly stress free thanks to the brilliant guys at Diamond Removals who came over and packed up our house for our move. Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful when he came to do the quote - and really good about us having to postpone the move date several times due to our sale process stalling at the last minute. The team who did the packing and moving were friendly, polite and efficient and managed to unpack the very full moving lorry super swiftly too. It was easily the best part of the whole sale and purchase process - would recommend.

I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to in this case, as the service we received from Diamond was absolutely outstanding. From first contact to final unloading - 300 miles away - every one of the team was efficient, thorough, polite and reassuring. Diamond were highly recommended to me by a trusted friend, and I would not hesitate to recommend them myself. They took away all of the potential worry of such a big move, and were a pleasure to work with.

Having never done a major move before, we were really nervous and decided to go for the prepacking service (which took place the day before our move ). Everything was packed well!

On the day of the move , the guys turned up on time, the heavens opened and it was absolutely pelting with rain - yet nothing was a problem for the removal guys - they are absolute superstars - they moved everything so quickly and so efficiently - with a smile. They did not even complain, not even once, even though it was pouring with rain.

I rarely review things - but having received a truly world class service from Diamond removals, I have to sing it's praises from the rooftops!
