Lindzy was very professional. She was patient and carefully listened to my likes and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. In addition, she is fully bilingual (English/Spanish)! When she heard me speaking Spanish with my husband, she immediately switched it to Spanish, making communication more comfortable for me. I highly recommend her services.

We went Diamonds Direct to purchase a gift for my wife's birthday. Ms. Lindzy Galan greeted us and obtain information as to our interests for visiting. She was extremely helpful and explained the cut, weight, color, and clarity of diamonds. Ms. Galan’s knowledge, cooperation, patient, and exhibit of the large selection of diamonds sold by Diamonds Direct; helped in the selection of a beauty ring.
Lindzy was always hospitable, friendly, and informative, not pressuring us to make a purchase. Diamonds Direct offers excellent customer service.

My fiancé and I arrived at the store on Black Friday to pick out an engagement ring. Of course, it was busy because there was a sale going on. Mona was called in to assist us. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and very very helpful in the selection we made. My fiancé and I went to about 20 jewelry stores and our main reasons for turning away is because of their customer service. Mona was incredible!!! We are already talking about going back there because we would like to buy again from Mona at Diamonds Direct. Thank you!!

I was looking for a special custom ring that I could give my wife and daughters for Christmas several years ago and found Veronica at the City Place location. I had been to several different jewelers and was not impressed. Veronica is the true gem, she was extremely helpful and patient as we went through several designs until we had the perfect design! A Mothers Ring made from two pair shape gems of the couples birth stones together as a heart accented by surrounding smaller round stones of their kids birthstones. It was one of those Christmas Eve's that all my girls will never forget, their special ring from Dad!

Next has been a very special 35th anniversary surprise for my wife, an addition to her wedding set with a full surround of various shapes and sizes of diamonds that created a full carat cascade of sparkle that nearly blinds you!

Veronica did it again, the look on my wife's face this morning when we picked it up was another one of our moments.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Diamonds Direct, and due to a lack of planning on my part I ordered only two weeks before Christmas (when I wanted to propose).

This began a flurry of chats with Cindy P at Diamonds Direct, who contacted the manufacturer in between chats with me. They told her I had waited until the afternoon of the last possible day to get it made in time, but they would be able to do it!!

After the order Cindy kept me updated on progress, and in the end the ring came in a day early. It was beautiful and my fiancé loved it (and said yes:)

I'm not the type to provide reviews. In fact, I can't recall writing one in the past. However, on the back of my visit last night to the Houston store, I woke this morning and decided to put pen to paper. I felt compelled to write for several reasons: (1) to recognize the outstanding talent at the Houston location, (2) to publicly thank the team for their support, and (3) to communicate to others who might be in the same position as me (i.e., temporarily financially constrained) that solutions are available for you.

My shopping experience has been extensive. I perused online retailers and visited most of the brick-and-mortar stores (e.g., Graff, Harry Winston, De Beers, Tiffany, etc.) in Houston and in a handful of European cities. If I reflect back on my experience, I felt overwhelmed by the variety, scared to take the leap with an online site, and most of the time I felt discouraged following a visit to one of the high-end retailers. I learned about Diamonds Direct in May of this year following a wedding I attended. Upon returning to Houston, I visited the store at the earliest opportunity.

When I arrived at Diamonds Direct, I was met by Cynthia and Kevin. The feeling was different. Cynthia took me into an office and served more as a thought partner than a salesperson. She listened patiently and noted my requirements and challenges, then she went into solution mode. I looked at so many diamonds that my head was spinning. Then she found one that exceeded my expectations, and it was selling at a deep discount, seemingly because it had been in inventory so long. The diamond was not at the top of my price range but the value for money was so great that Cynthia and Kevin strongly encouraged me to buy. Their enthusiasm and excitement over the diamond was contagious and brought me to the point that no other retailer was able to in the past—I committed immediately to buy the diamond.

Given my financial situation, I couldn’t get the ring immediately. My credit is poor following a lengthy divorce, so financing wasn’t an option. I made bi-weekly payments and finally finished paying for the ring after several months. I haven’t had the ideal time to propose yet, so the ring has been hidden in my closet. When I made my last payment to Cynthia, I told her I’d be back exactly 1 year later to upgrade. I’m satisfied with the ring, but I dreamed of buying a bigger diamond in the future when my finances improved. When I saw Diamonds Direct had a Black Friday sale, I casually reached out to Cynthia to maintain contact. Unbeknownst to me, she went into action, scouring the extensive Diamonds Direct network to find a larger, higher quality diamond than the one I originally purchased. She sent me a text with the specifications of a diamond along with an incredible deal Kevin was willing to give me. Without even seeing the diamond, I blindly trusted Cynthia and Kevin and asked them to secure the diamond for me. It arrived in Houston the following day and when I went to see it, I couldn’t believe my eyes. It’s simply incredible. I don’t know how this all worked out. I never would have dreamed, given my current financial challenges, that I’d be able to afford such a diamond.

This team has made one of the most stressful purchases of my life into something so effortless and rewarding. I entered this journey embarrassed of my purchasing power but Diamonds Direct created a solution for me that I can feel proud about. They’ve gained my trust and business for life. In addition to the diamond purchase, I’ve since purchased the setting, the wedding band, and asked for their help to repurpose my fiancés old engagement ring into a diamond pendant.

And one last thing, I feel like I’ve given recognition to Cynthia and Kevin; however, credit is also due to Tamir—their leader. Undoubtedly the service provided by Cynthia and Kevin is a product of Tamir’s recruitment, training, and the environment he creates that empowers them, giving them space to think out of the box and provide solutions for people like me.

We could not have had a better experience when purchasing wedding and engagement rings. Our Diamond Expert, Lonnie Phillips, was absolutely outstanding! We had visited other stores and Lonnie was by far much better at explaining the entire process and educating us about diamonds and settings. He was very personable, honest, and sincere and helped us choose the perfect rings to fit our taste and budget. He went above and beyond in every part of the process to make it perfect! Just shopped at diamonds direct in Beachwood Ohio for black Friday deals and saved a bunch with 20% off. I bought my wife an eternity ring on impulse buy and she loves it. I’m not good at keeping thing’s secret so I gave it to her right away. It fits her pointer finger great and that way you can see the diamonds all the way around. This was my second purchase from this store and I’m very happy!

My husband and I bought my wedding rings here to replace my lost one 2 years ago and was so happy with the experience I called them up again but for Diamond stud earrings this time. They got everything in order before we arrived, she did exactly as asked and we were done in no time. She even found me the best diamonds for my price and the quality I wanted, it’s nice when someone hears you, I told her .80 or .70 each ear which ever looked best on me, I also said if I couldn’t get the quality for the money I had then I would just keep waiting ( 25 years I waited ) they got it done. They took my priceless smaller ones and remounted them to match the bigger ones, this is no extra cost. The mounts I wanted were screw backs so that’s what they ordered , I purchased Monday and I’m wearing them on Wednesday. Usually you would walk out that day but I needed the screw backs and the diamonds were also ordered to get me the better color and clarification I wanted.

I came into this not knowing much about diamonds, I started an online chat and this amazing virtual assistant Cindy Parker was here to help. Cindy is not only funny and has a great personality, but knew everything I asked about diamonds. I feel i am a diamond expert now after working many days with Cindy. I told her what I was looking for, and she sent me many option in the price range I was looking for. I was back and forth many times, but she hung in there with the best patients ever. The whole experience with DD was just perfect, and I owe it all to Cindy Parker. I will be back for the wedding band. Thank you Cindy.

I thought looking for an anniversary band that I really loved might be a challenge, but after finding and working with Heidi at Diamonds Direct Pittsburgh, I have a custom ring that is both personal and beautiful! Heidi is the BEST!! She and Stu, who made my old rings sparkle like the day they were purchased 30 years ago, are extremely knowledgeable in creating or finding the right style with you. They work their magic in repairing jewelry needs and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase or repair. I'm so glad I decided to stop into the showroom! Wow! Customer service is always excellent, even when I'm just getting my wedding rings cleaned...but this past visit with Lisa Johnson "Little Lisa" went a step beyond. She just HANDLED a sizing issue with my new gorgeous turquoise ring without my even needing to ask. The correct size I needed was reordered immediately and I was sent on my way. Easy peasy...the way it SHOULD BE! :)

I tracked down Selena Powell in February 2022. I was trying to plan something special for my wife for our 14th wedding anniversary in August. I specifically asked for Selena because of the experience I had with her previously purchasing a ten year anniversary ring. I had a specific necklace style that I had my heart set on for the investment. Selena showed me options & they seemed like every other heart shaped style on the market. She could sense my disappointment at not finding the perfect one. Selena took it upon herself to have the heart that she thought I wanted made from scratch. I must report that I could not have been more pleased with the final outcome. The heart had a diamond floating in it just like I had described to her. The only complaint that I had with the company is that they didn't introduce me to her several years ago when we made our first purchase from none other than Eli Benistry, the man who started it all! He sold us our wedding bands and engagement ring. Needless to say, my wife and I both agree that Selena and Diamonds Direct have earned FIVE STARS!!!
