Excellent service. Ordered from the uk and it arrived a couple days. Thats really impressive.

They are trustworthy but in the same time I don't like it how the package takes forever to come and it usually takes 5-10 days to come to me and they even miss 2 of my items I order so if you need art supplies for a class makes sure to order at least 2-3 weeks in advance and make sure you check if you got all of your supplies to make sure but other than that this place sucks with delivery once it even got stop in New Berlin WI for days too so if you want to buy art supplies quickly, get it in a local art store instead of here but other than that the customer service is great at least

The customer service at both the stores and online site is amazing. I have worked with them for years and am always delightfully pleased. One time they got in touch with a paper manufacturer to help make a specific order (for my boss who wanted something very specific) and today Amanda W helped me to edit a custom canvas order when my client changed their mind last minute. I was very stressed. However, they always do whatever they can to help. Thank you Blick! Never change!!

The in store purchase and return policy is not consistent with the satisfaction gaurantee policy. I baught an airbrush kit for $170 and I was not satisfied so I went to return it but it seems each store has their own policy on returns. Basically they do not accept returns unless the product has never been used. How do I know if I am satisfied if I can't use the item. Basically the item did not work because I could not do what I expected. I just wanrt my money back and rest assured I will no longer be shopping for Art supplies at Blick.All the store has to do is return the item I purchased back to the blick warehouse and they will return it to the company they baught it, real simple. Thanks for nothing but a head ache.

In general I love Blick, but they have very poor product labeling relative to shipping. Their request process for samples is very cumbersome and slow so I order 3 sheets of museum board to test colors (3 similar) and none of them have any labels to know which is which. All the colored paper I order have labels but the info on the labels does not match the email receipt so if I want to re-order I am not certain what I am getting. With the amount of online purchase Blick is doing this seems very poor service.

Customer service leads little to be desired when calling in regarding issues with an order. Their payment department couldn't find a transaction despite the authorized and cleared charge on my account, order number, and the order confirmation email. Transferred 5 times, no one could find the right information to assist, had to file a chargeback. The in store experience is not much better, time to find a new art supplier.

My items were shipped safely and on time! I was missing an item but the people over at customer service are super helpful and friendly!

I’m not a fanatic re packaging but gezzz I ordered a handful of small items and received a gigantic box stuffed with paper. The box was so big when it arrived. I worried that I put a bunch of stuff in my cart I didn’t realize. Somehow this Hass to be changed. I don’t know if this is a way to charge extra shipping or if doing a box the size lower shipping costs, but this is crazy.

I purchased a block of CANSON XL 9X12, 140 lb, 300g watercolor paper for practicing my watercolor painting. This is a great, inexpensive watercolor paper to practice painting on. I also ordered 10 beautiful pans of watercolors on sale. This will help me practice my mixing and painting watercolors. And, a wire-bound sketchbook.

I make custom birdhouses I have used blick “Montana Gold” spray paints for several years …. Besides Blicks outstanding color options, the paint has been out outstanding addition to my woodshop

The quality is great, I love the Blick brand paint. Also, the stretcher bars are great, I've bought them in store and online. What I love about online is you can buy what you want.

I'm newly excited about printmaking and Blick has been my place to shop for whatever I need. I heard that Cranfield has a new set of Soft Colors inks and I'll be checking daily for that!

Very happy with my purchase from Blick Art. I purchased a couple cans of paint and they arrived quicker than expected. Unfortunately one of the cans was damaged during shipping, but support responded quickly to my email and sent a replacement to me that also arrived incredibly quick and didn’t delay my project at all. If needing some of what they have, I would order from them again.

The first shipment was damaged (apparently) in transit, to a degree that made it unusable. Blick promptly sent a replacement, which was also damaged (apparently not in transit) but usable. The broken corner was not visible in the frame, and the scratches in the visible parts don't seem to be visible from the display angle, so we used it. Just tired of dealing with this and packaging the stuff up for return. Not happy. They need to take a look at their production/fulfillment process to see why the goods are being damaged.

I ordered Daniel Smith Professional Watercolor tubes to try them out. I had been using student grade paints and wanted to upgrade. These paints are more expensive, but Blick's price was VERY competitive--and I love working with them so far!
