Not a happy customer

Firstly the amount of money taken out of my account was different to the total amount (with postage included) and when asked about was told it was for fees and handling. Never has this been added on with other purchases I have made with other companies.
Secondly the tracking report says my parcel had arrived three weeks ago and I still have not received it and I have also written a number of emails regarding this and they have not been answered.
So over all I would definately not recommend or use this company again

Item came damaged and they wanted me to return it for 15% off. This thing is heavy. It’s not worth it. Who would even deliver something so damaged! Dicks needs to make this right! Terrible! I don’t even want to shop here anymore. I needed this today! Let’s see what they do to make this right!
Updated- they went and placed a new order for me. Gave me an order number and told me I was all set. I wait 10 minutes and check my email and it says the order was canceled! Are you freaking kidding me! No call , nothing. I’ve been on the phone for about 2 hours now and still waiting. Now they’re telling me it’s a different total. I’ve had enough already. This was supposed to be a gift and it’s a complete hassle!!! They need to do better for me! I should get this grill free from what I had to go through!!!!!! Unbelievable.

Big scam

Big scam. Goods were never received despite several follow ups with the team. They sent fake proof of delivery for items which were never ordered and never received as well. Not recommended at all

This is a scam site which uses a site…

This is a scam site which uses a site from China that bills itself as dicksportgood.com but is not a valid address as well as blooms-body.com which is also an invalid address. Some email exchanges with fake promises and never receiced the 2 north face jackets i had purchased. Please be aware of this company for it is indeed a shady one and will take your money with no plans on sending you your purchases.

Order pair Nike LeBron NXXT Gen AMPD shoes. When arrived clearly the shoes was used. Dirt on the bottom. At toes there were creases like been worn. Just thrown in the box.Nothing like Nike pack their shoes.
So return them. They received the shoes. Contacted asked about refund. I was told take 21 days to issue refund.
So out shoes and out money. Don’t do business run for hills. Used stuff and never get your refund

Ordered a fishing pole.

Ordered a fishing pole.. Got it as a same day delivery .Received it completely unusable. The line was completely wrapped around the reel and handle and tangled beyond help. It was honestly unbelievable how bad it was.. it was packed in a box meaning a employee actually thought it was acceptable for a customer to receive something like that. This was the dicks in Orland Park, IL

Dicks sales USED shoes as new

I ordered 2 pairs of books 1 shoes that was on clearance. When they arrived neither had boxes and the book 1 lilac was clearly a used shoe. There was a scratch on the swoosh, grass in the bag they had the shoes packaged, black Mark on the bottom and the sued looked as if a chemical had been used on it. These were a gift for someone and it's too embarrassing to actually give them and I don't have time to replace. I would have never expected a company like Dicks Sporting Goods to try to sale garbage like this to its customers.

I ordered 3 leggings when my package…

I ordered 3 leggings when my package delivered only 2 inside so I called the customer service they did send me different one . Than 1 ordered the item mark delivered at 6:25 pm but nothing at my house , I checked inside my mailboxes nothing walked around my neighborhood nothing so I called customers service she told me sometimes FedEx mark it delivered but not so I need to wait. I called again at 10:00 pm she lady answer the phone she told me nothing she can’t do I need to call me bank and refuse about the charge. I told her it find just forget about it I never shop at they store anymore she said it’s ok , I told her I will make sure I let my friend know what’s going on so they not shop there anymore she said ok😡

Received open box item sold as new

Ordered a Leatherman Surge, and I picked this retailer versus othes solely because of the shipping estimate they gave. They didn't even ship the item until a day before the due date, and when I called customer service they were vague and offered no information, and acted like I was being silly to be concerned about the shipping. And since the shipping label had been created on day one the item was considered "shipped" so conveniently the order couldn't be cancelled, even though of course the item was not actually shipped at that point.

It did end up coming on time, surprisingly, but I also noticed the plastic sticker on the bottom of the Leatherman box had already been cut, indicating this is not a brand new item. The box was also missing the manual, as a clue. The multitiool is in like-new condition so I'll keep it to avoid additional hassle, but I don't like that they obviously sold an open box item as new, and didn't offer the discount that normally comes with open box.

I found the shoes!

My feet are ridiculous, long Dr Suess style. Your angel hard working Jordan found the perfect pair of Hoka's for me by listening and using her experience, kindness and patience. I still think of her when I put them on. When I checked out, I met Brittany. It can't be easy to stand in place at the check stand and keep a positive attitude. She must have super powers. Deceptive DSG raffle

Be very careful participating in online raffles on D icks Sporting Goods’ website. I entered a raffle, thinking it was optional — but when I ‘won,’ they auto-placed half the order with inflated shipping and refused to let me add items to qualify for free shipping or cancel. Customer support said the order is locked once the raffle activates it. Feels misleading — this is not how a fair raffle should work. Very disappointed in this practice.

Now I’m stuck overpaying a slightly inflated product with even more inflation from a shipping.

Tried getting this resolved with customer service. No help, no empathy, no escalation.
Very deceptive business practice.

DSG: No longer a place to buy shoes

DSG, a shoe store (among other things), no longer has shoes available to try on. Display shoes only. You need to get an employee (if they are around) just to try anything on. Just what everyone wants: to wait around to finally get an employee and then have them breathing down your neck to make the sale.

Just make shoes available like in years past. This isn't rocket science, it is selling shoes. I waited around for a while, but I came here to get in, buy what I want, and leave. No delay, no hassles. So I simply turned around and left. Never going back to DSG, you've lost this loyal customer for such an illogical decision. Strangely, DSG doesn't do this for literally anything else in their store. Does not make any sense.
