I was the first customer of the day, Marcos helped me with an under counter fridge, he was very knowledgeable and very patient! Excellent customer service, every time I come to the shop I get 5 stars customer service, which it's hard to come by these days.

Popped in on my run to pick up some ink cartridges, was served by a lovely lady by the name of Martina! In a world where everyone is rushing from A to B with little to no time for small talk chat, Martina was a delight! She was helpful & kind and just all round a very sound lady. Taking time to speak to customers is such an important, but often lost, characteristic of the job and Martina proved that it is still very much part of the day to day retail experience. Thanks Martina! (P.S got my ink cartridges so double the win)

Rang D.I.D customer service in relation to replacing a gas cooker, dealth with a lady called Bianca, who showed great customer service, skills, patience and was ever so friendly. She advised which store to attend to complete the transaction. Requested me to ask the sale person to email her once completed, so she could look after my order. True to her word thats exactly what she did.
In store in Crumlin I dealth with a young gentleman called Marcus, he was was experienced. Professional, friendly, kind and patient during our interaction. He also help secure another gentlemen who is certified to install the cooker.

Dealing with both memebers of staff they showed perfect customer service skills, made me feel welcome, they showed politeness, professionalism and kindness. It was nice to deal with this company and not feel rushed. In what is becoming and ever fast paced world. They both went above and beyond and have to say they are a real credit to the team. It's refreshing to see that D.I.D holds customer service to such a high standard. Will be highly recommending your company in the future. No doubt I will return for further business when required.
