I called Burn TS customer service to discuss a shipping issue. Kevin, the associate I spoke with, quickly resolved the matter. I doubt I was on the phone for more than 5 minutes before everything was resolved the way I requested. He was fast, friendly, professional and helpful. As far as I'm concerned, the customer service alone warrants a 5 star rating.

Out of all the diet pills I've tried this is the first one that suppressed my appetite without me having to feel jittery, nausea, or having a rapid heart beat. I love this pill and I can also sleep at night. I recommend it 100%.

Even though I have just started using this product, I still want to give 5 stars for both the results so far and for the customer service. I started using this product two weeks ago and I will say I have noticed that my food cravings have significantly decreased while using this product. That is huge for me since, I have not used any supplements in the past that have ever been worked for my food cravings specifically! If I could not be more complementary about both the customer service I received from Kevin. He is awesome, very helpful and very accommodating.

Customer service was fantastic for burn. Had not gotten to try the product before the subscription renewal so I called and was given a weeks worth of product and extra time to ensure that the product worked for me. These guys must really stand by what they sell.
