Great customer service from Peter!
Peter was extremely helpful prior to me making purchase. My tv was broken and he provided the necessary steps to troubleshoot the issue and find out what the problem was before buying any parts. After troubleshooting, he spoke to the engineers and advised on the part required and assured me that if the part did not work then they would easily arrange a return.
This saved me a lot of money and effort. Instead of taking my tv to the repair shop and paying them 25 pounds to diagnose (and also probably charge me extra for the replacement part), I was able to get the replacement part directly from Digicare at a reasonable price.

Wrong address
After completing the order I noticed my pc had auto filled in my address and billing address with my previous address - I had inputted my current address when completing the order. This was corrected very efficiently and the component duly arrived.
