Customer Service is Alive & Well!

From my initial enquiry about some spare parts for our new Samsung Oven, Pete Thornton at Digicare was very helpful and although it was not easy to identify one part in particular, Pete was great and made sure that we were given the correct advice. The price was competitive too! Many thanks for a great customer experience.

Let down by other supplier, Digicare came through.

Needed a replacement part for our Samsung washing machine, had ordered from another supplier for next day delivery but they let us down. Ordered part from Digicare for collection as it had been a week since our washing machine went down and the part ordered from the other supplier. Part was in stock and ready for collection within the 2 hour window, drove up, collected part, drove back and fitted part the same day which fixed the problem.

Dreadful lack of concern for customer

Shame that Samsung use this firm for warranty claims. My Galaxy pro book 360 has been with them for a few days but they are totally uninterested in sorting out the problem. And now no replies to emai.

Waited a month just for a response.

Shocking service, Samsung arranged the repair only for Digicare to question whether or not it was is warranty. After a month of advising them that I asked Samsung to arrange the repair on the basis that it was covered they email me back with a bill for the repair.

Awful company

First time using Digicare because I had no other choice as they are the Samsung official repair partner, they kept my device for 3 months and would not give me any information. I then had to go through Samsung, who issued me a refund for my laptop without telling me what happened to it.
(Less than I originally paid, but I'll pick that up with Samsung)

New device purchased, different model - after less than a year or would not turn on, or charge. So off it went to digicare, they sent my device back to me without the charger and with the backing losely put back. It kept making a cracking sound.

Two months later my device would not charge/ turn on again. No lights indicating that something was happening. Sent it off to them again and they had it for two months and the returned it to me and said there was nothing wrong with it and it was my fault for not sending the charger with the device, even though I was advised by the Samsung rep not to send it after I told him what happened last time.

Horrible service and it feels like a slap in the face everytime I have to interact/ use their service because Samsung refuses to use a reputable repair service.

Not even worth one star

Not even worth one star! There is something very wrong with this company. Had my Galaxy Z flip 4 for 3 months and one night opened it up and the screen froze and then went black. Contacted retailer who inspected it and sent my phone to be repaired by Digicare . Have receipts and emails stating there was no visable damage when it was returned to them. Digicare had phone for nearly two months , had an email from them saying it was with a technician beginning of April then no correspondence and still not fixed when I emailed second week of May. When I started to complain they sent photos of "damage" and said they would only mend it if I paid over £400 . Sent them copies of emails and receipt stating no damage but they won't listen . Seems the warranty means nothing and they are trying to make more money . I am shocked an high end retailer uses such a shoddy company

Scammers

I could only describe them as a sham operation, could go so far as to say a scam.

I've had a similar experience to everyone else with a 1 star review.

Sent them a Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 with a USB fault on a 2 month old machine and received £1000 + out of warranty invoice.

Trying to use samsung customer care and advise them to stop using this company.
