Digital Fusion 

I ordered a camera for my son's birthday. I ordered it on Friday lunchtime with next day delivery. The camera didn't arrive. I made several phone calls over the next few days and was told each time by off-hand staff that the system was down and they couldn't check my order but that someone would ring me back. No-one rang back but after several calls I eventually got hold of the manager who apologised and gave me a story about the girl who should have arranged the order having a bereavement. He promised that the camera would be delivered before 12 noon the next day. The camera did arrive next day on the morning of my son's birthday so everything worked out OK in the end! I WAS SENT AN EMAIL BY DIGITAL FUSION PROMISING ME AN SD CARD IF I LEFT A REVIEW HERE. I LEFT THE REVIEW AND, SURPRISE, SURPRISE, AND AFTER LOTS OF EMAILS AND CALLS FROM ME, AGAIN ANSWERED BY THE SAME RUDE STAFF WITH A 'COULDN'T CARE LESS' ATTITUDE, NO SD CARD HAS APPEARED. WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN. .

This is the second time I have brought a bulb for my Sony tv and have to say the service is great and the product as advertised. I recommend them highly.

At 3pm the camera I ordered about 30 hours earlier was delivered. Exellent service! And the price was very competitive! Why would anyone go anywhere else?

I had been looking for a galaxy Tab 10.1 for some time i was a little skeptical when i found this company as they were a fair bit cheaper than most but i ordered at about 3.30pm for next day delivery and it was with me by 9.30am the next morning.
i will add them to my favorites for business and personnel use.

The lamp on my Sony rear projection TV blew on Thursday night. I spent an hour or so Googling to find the best place and prices and came across Kinetik Lamps (turns out it's a satelite site for Digital Fusion). They had a pretty unbeatable price (guaranteed lowest price in the UK), so ordered a replacement lamp, with 3-5 day delivery at £5.50 - very reasonable postage charge as well.

I was very surprised to have a knock on the door this morning (next day) by the postman with the lamp. Swapped the lamps over and the TV's back in business - I was fully expecting to be watching the England match on the portable, but thanks to the guys at Digital Fusion i can enjoy it on glorious 55" HD.

Wednesday (tomorrow) I start a 2-week rail journey through Europe.

About a little after 15.30 Monday I realised I needed a spare camera battery. PLUS POINT 1: the Digital Fusion price was good, if not the lowest, but they also offered next day delivery.

Unsure whether 'next day' would be available at this time in the afternoon (it doesn't for some companies!) I rang. PLUS POINT 2: a real person - who checked the item was *really* in stock and confirmed that I would indeed receive it Tuesday.

I made my order and PLUS POINT 3: it arrived today, Tuesday, c. 10.00. Beautifully packed (actually a bit OTT) and the genuine article (again, unlike some companies).

I had a problem with a rear projection tv (the picture on screen was going darker and darker) all the advice said change the bulb which was quite expensive I located one on the Digital Fusion website at a better price than anywhere else and promptly ordered it. The rapid delivery was superb and having now fitted the bulb I am watching excellent TV again.

Ordered a hard drive from this company which later got cancelled, no emails from or anything- only way i can tell is the payment has been refunded to my card. Ordered a monitor from them before and same thing happened except got one email giving some weird (probably made up) excuse why couldn't sell... but no replies to 2 emails i sent them.

Not worth the hassle in my opinion, better off with a more established company.

I ordered a Panasonic webcam recently. After lots of Googling I discovered that they were the cheapest place for what I wanted. I'd never used them before so I was a little hesitant. I decided to place an order with them after a bit of research on the company. The item arrived very shortly after. I will use them again.

I ordered a camera which was cheaper than other companies on line. The item arrived next day delivery as I requested. Good quick service, I can definitely recommend Digital Fusion

I bought a printer which arrived very quickly and was the best price I could find on the net.

A few improvements could be made though. 1. The delivery prices listed on the product page were incorrect, once I got to checkout I was charged more than the stated amount, (£7.95 for next day rather than the advertised £6.50) also, delivery prices don't include VAT. 2. I had problems navigating the site with pages not loading (connection reset) 3. I wasn't sent any parcel tracking information, that would have been nice.

However, as the main point of my purchase was to get a printer at the best price I could as quickly as I could then I'd have to say Digital Fusion fulfilled my requirements perfectly.

I recently bought a new camera from Digital Fusion - the price was at least £30 cheaper than any other site. The product was shipped out the next day and the one query I had was dealt with promptly over the phone. I would definitey recommend Digital Fusion.

I paid less than from another company 2 years ago! Next day delivery even if I paid for 3-4 days. Sadly the delivery company let you down by splitting the delivery over 2 days .... but your response was excellent.

I buy multiples of a couple of high value stationery items from Digital Fusion from time to time. Their prices do fluctuate but are always competitive and often beat the competition hands down. They weren't keen to open an account, which is fair enough as I don't buy from them all that regularly, so my goods didn't arrive next day as arranging the bank transfer payment took a little time. However once the order was off hold (the day after I placed it) the goods were shipped immediately and arrived the next day (today) in perfect condition. I would also comment that whenever I phone someone picks up quickly and is knowledgeable and helpful.

I needed a new printer-scanner urgently, and googled my chosen model. Digital Fusion came up as the cheapest, and had plenty of good reviews, so I ordered from them, choosing next day delivery. The charge for this was initially shown as £6.50, but came up as £7.95 + VAT before I finalised the order. It was still cheaper than Amazon, so I accepted the charge. There was a 1.5% credit card charge, and I don't have a company debit card yet, so I nervously opted to pay by internet banking (never done this for an online purchase before!), but I needn't have worried - the printer was delivered in perfect condition at about 11 o'clock the next morning, followed by the VAT invoice by email the next day. I couldn't ask for more.
