Enquired about the fitting of an item that they and the manufacturers could not answer, but they got back in touch when the manufacturers had found the answer to my question a few weeks later.

Purchased a 3D compact camera along with a handle/tripod and the payments were taken together. Had the expensive camera before payments taken but the £9.99 handle for it took twice as long to turn up. Obviously not digitalmedias fault. Very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone.

Not a good experience - the 5 - 7 working days was taken literally the goods arriving on the 7th working day and the company did not say where the goods were being dispatched from.
The actual number of days was 11 from the date of order. The order was placed just after 8 in the morning of the 11th August and they arrived on the 22nd August at 12. Using the working day definition in this day and age seems a little strange when Saturday and in many respects a Sunday is a working day. The goods left your premises? not sure where on a working day so were in transit .... do the parcel companies stop working over the week ends? do they put parcels in a box on a Friday and not touch them until the Monday? even if that was the case there were 5 clear working days that week to deliver the goods. I am really not impressed at the service or the response I have received.
Finally you have not declared where they were dispatched from? I could have ordered those items from a number of other companies and could have had them the next day for around the same money. I decided on your company as it would appear on the web site that you were a professional company not one trading on line with no proper premises / stock and buying goods from where ever it suited at the time.

The actual delivery time was 8 working days, although the customer services team were very helpful, this was longer than expected.

Batteries were great and arrive fully charged :-)

Arrived when stated. Triple pack is good value for money. Happy with the product. (At the moment) To early to determine the life and quality of the batteries.
