Memory Stick non-delivery
This item has still not been delivered. The original order number was 1000412. It seems to have been changed to 1010310.
The order was placed on 13 July. My house number having been "lost"; I repeated this to you.
My credit card has been debited on 15 July. I should be grateful if you would credit the amount,£9.13 to my account.
This experience does not encourage me to use your firm for any further order.

Item never turned up
After waiting over 2 weeks my item never turned up, and despite trying to deal with the arrogant customer services team who were frankly useless they did not assist me in getting a refund. Luckily for me I paid by paypal and they helped me to get a full refund. I will not and would never recommend this company. There customer service team either need training properly or all of them fired and replaced with good quality staff
