Sent the items out rapidly. However, box was damaged breaking some of the DVD cases I had ordered. Labeling it as fragile, or extra packaging perhaps, possibly could have prevented this.

PSU replacement
Unfortunately the first one did not work correctly, called them explained the problem took it back the next day and they replaced it, new one worked correctly and the PC is up and running, order on line paid on line and picked up at the shop as it only 25 miles round trip, easer than the posting it.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service - Had a PC in there to be rebuilt and was offered an amazing service. Really well-kept shop, that has so much to offer. The rebuild has been done in a fantastic fashion, and has a really professional and clean finish to it. I won't be using nowhere else in the future for my PC needs. Had my PC back the same day I took it! Really can't fault!

What a company
What a company! After turning up the day before Christmas Eve 15 minutes before they were due to close… not only did I get an absolute bargain for my son’s Christmas present the bank froze my card and this amazing couple STAYED OPEN for us!! For 45 minutes longer!! They were amazing and saved my sons Christmas! I will never go anywhere else for all things computer! Amazingly fair prices too! Thank you again for your kindness!

I buy monthly, the service is brilliantly fast, the products I use have always been in stock and are perfect quality. Goods are securely packed, never any damage. I have tried other suppliers, but have only used DPM in the last couple of years. They really are the best!
