Sent the items out rapidly. However, box was damaged breaking some of the DVD cases I had ordered. Labeling it as fragile, or extra packaging perhaps, possibly could have prevented this.

Superb Service & Product
I was just about ready to replace my printer as new cartridges from different suppliers produced such poor printing results. These cartridges from Digitalpromo are first class! I can now print great quality documents at 300dpi whereas I couldn't even get reasonable quality at 600dpi from other suppliers' cartridges. Delivered within a day too! Superb service and product. I will definitely be back.

Digitalpromo good DPD bad
Digitalpromo are fine but in my case let down by very poor performance from DPD delivery, next day delivery took four days. Refund of carriage charge given by Digitalpromo.

Thank you for the review and not a true reflection of what has happened. Your placed an order to be delivered on a two day delivery to a destination that we do not deliver to. It clearly states on the website that we do not ship to this destination as we no longer ship to Europe. Email notification was sent and a full refund.
