product was good, everything was going nice and smooth, then it came to the postage part £9 for next day delivery, so after a while i decided to go for it £9 is a lot of money, with VAT that is £18, so i arranged an engineer to come around and fit it, i am 65 so the eyeballs are not what they used to be, did it turn up the next day No it was the day after, so i could have had it delivered as normal, now when you ask for reimbursement, both parties say its not our faults, so you pay for something you do not get

We have requested that you return the product to find if this is of fault.
Of which we still await the return off.
Motherboards tend to be returned and are not of fault and normally need a bios update.
Sometime we have motherboards returned which have been damaged by the end user(customer).
Still of today we have had no product returned for us to say what the issue is.

Product great no problem !! just didn’t get it delivered to my home address.
The delivery company DPD sent a message to me that it had been signed for by me, At this point it hadn’t arrived & never arrived, Tried to ring DPD but after 25 minutes holding on no answer.
However the parcel was brought to our house later that evening by 2 boys who found it in their doorstep.
Since then Digitalpromo/DPD have refunded the postage for inconvenience caused which I thanked them for
I will be using Digitalpromo for my media products in the future

I did speak to you a hour after the delivery where you confirmed that the other address have delivered this to you. Yes DPD failed and we do apologise. Waste of time. Staff had no idea
Went to Heysham Road branch and asked for a Dsub to HDMI converter. Assistant didn’t have a clue what I was in about, she tried to find it on Google but kept bringing up HDMI to VGA converter. Couldn’t tell me if they had it in stock. Total waste of time

Apalling and a waste of my tiime and money
The order was sent by two deliveries?
The second guy spent less than a mlnute at my door before leaving
I have video footage. The senders had a picture of my door so that made ok to them. I paid nine pounds for next day delivery and this is what I got
Never again. Farcical.
I would like to point out that, due to my war wounds, I have mobility issues; Yet I still had to walk miles there and back to pick up my parcel. Nobody in digital promo was interested in viewing my video footage of the second guy spending less than sixty seconds at my door before departing. If anyone else tries despatching goods by DPD, I won`t be ordering from them! Taking a picture of a door means little if you can`t wait a little longer for someone to open the door, especially a man with a gammy leg. I had no problem with the first driver, or the postman who rang the bell and waited. Thank you!

As per you review this was pacakaged and sent on a next day. You recieved ths first parcel and the second parcel was due a few hours later we gave you the hour window for delivery. The driver from DPD came to your property pushed bell/knocked on the door no answer took a photo left a calling card and then went back to his van and delivered to a local pick up point for you. So we despatched and delivered within the time scale and this is FARCICAL as you say.
I will leave people to read the review and make there own minds up on this review.
